Through intensive, practical, expert-led skills training programmes, we equip youth and women with the tools to earn, to create, and to lead — becoming employers rather than job seekers.

How We Train
We don’t just lecture. Our training model combines:
- Classroom theory sessions with expert resource persons
- Hands-on practical demonstrations
- Group discussions and peer learning
- Individual action plans for post-training implementation
- Follow-up and monitoring by RUSISD staff
